VANS PARK SERIES

MEDIA ACCREDITATION GUIDELINES

Local and international broadcast, print and online accreditations will be reviewed by the Vans Park Series office and the event title sponsor, Vans.

Media badges and access to the deck is limited for the Vans Park Series. We strongly encourage early registration to ensure proper media accreditation.

EVENT RULES

  • During the assigned times, exclusive park and on-deck access for Vans PS Park Series is reserved for participating athletes, team managers, athlete guests, event production staff and approved media representatives only.
  • Media credentials will be granted to industry media partners, national broadcast media, and reputable media sources as approved by PS Park Series. Reputable media source assignments required and subject to review.
  • PR Park Series events are proprietary, reserving the right to refuse access to any individual(s) who do not have approved credentials.
  • Distribution of all images and/or video content must be attributed to Vans PS Park Series event editorial. Freelance photography without prior approval will not be permitted.
  • All approved media must wear their credentials at all times during the event.

ACCREDITATION PRINCIPLES

Vans Park Series will accredit a maximum of two members per media outlet. Only in exceptional circumstances will additional media accreditation be given. Successful media accreditation at prior Vans events does not guarantee accreditation for future events.

Vans Park Series reserves the right to refuse any accreditation request considered inappropriate to Vans Park Series events and reserves the right to ask for additional information about the applicant. Vans Park Series does not guarantee accreditation to publishers, general managers, marketing executives, PRs, artists or photographers commissioned by the athletes.
