Sunday, July 29

  • 9am - 10am: Continental Championships Women's Practice
  • 10am - 12pm: Continental Championships Women's Prelims
  • 12pm - 1pm: Continental Championships Women's Finals
  • 1pm - 2pm: Continental Championships Men's Practice
  • 2pm - 6pm: Continental Championships Men's Prelims
  • 6pm - 7pm: Continental Championships Men's Finals
  • 7pm: Awards
    • The winner in both Men's and Women's for each Continental Championships gets a spot in the World Championships in Shanghai along with airfare and lodging for the trip.
