Hometown hero Pedro Barros has claimed victory with an incredible last run to take the winners trophy out of young Italian and relative unknown Ivan Federico's hands.

The capacity crowd enjoyed the battle of the World's best fight it out in the newly upgraded Costeira Skatepark. The challengers had a strong hold on the finals with only 3 Vans Park Series Invited skaters making the grade but it was Pedro Barros who took the title with Federico claiming second and Oregon's own Kevin Kowalski in third.
